Row House plan - 12 ft X 45 ft size ( 2 BHK )


              Row house are type of houses which are interconnected and shares common wall on both the sides. They get light & ventilation only from front & back margins. Thus, Row house planning is compact in size & need expertise for maximum utilization of natural light & ventilation. 

              In this article, we will refer 2 BHK plan of 12 X 45 size plot area. In to in usable size excluding wall on both the side is only 11' 3" , which is very compact.

 In this plan, Ground floor area is solely used for parking & storage area.

  •  First Floor includes Living Room, Kitchen, Wash, Toilet & Balcony. 
  • Second Floor includes two bedrooms with attached toilets & balcony. 
  • Third Floor includes open terrace. 
  • Ground floor height is 9' and all other floor have height of 10'.
